Wynand’s Cricket Academy

WYNAND’S CRICKET ACADEMY (WCA) is a proud “Father and Son” cricket academy and has been running since 2003.

WCA currently does coaching in George, Oudtshoorn and Ladismith and makes use of school facilities. We offer part-time or full-time coaching and members of WCA get exposed to many different formats of cricket for 12 months of the year.

WCA provides coaching in groups, individually, to school teams pre-season / elite squad performance plus coaching camps / clinics. We specialize in fundamental, intermediate and advance skills for batting, bowling, wicket keeping and fielding. WCA members get taught strategic, tactical skills as well as analyses and match awareness.  We offer Winter tours, Spring & Autumn festivals and host teams from around South Africa and even overseas.  WCA has produced numerous Provincial players in the SWD region from under 11 – 19.  We are  well known for our passion, professionalism, discipline and commitment to cricket which has a positive effect on all cricketers throughout their Primary and High School careers.
